Sally

Lead Teacher, Kolas

Sally has been working at ELDC since November 2005. She has her AA in Early Childhood Education along with over 17 years experience in different classrooms with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old.

Alyse

Lead Teacher, Kolas

Alyse been working with ELDC since July 2020.  Before joining us, Alyse was beginning to teach English in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Her background includes multiple years of nannying and volunteering with the Oregon Adaptive Sports teaching children how to ski. In her free time she enjoys cooking, exploring new cities/cultures and being in the outdoors.

Sarah

Lead Teacher, Kangaroos

Sarah started ELDC in April 2019. Before ELDC, she worked at Lowe's providing customer service to those in need of home improvement. Her child care experience comes from leading a Sunday school class and assisted in the raising of her nieces and nephews. Sarah is currently working on AA in ECE at North Seattle College.

Aubrie

Lead Teacher, Kangaroos

Aubrie started working at ELDC in September 2019. Aubrie has been working in childcare for four years and before joining us at ELDC, she taught a toddler classroom in Yakima.  In her free time, Aubrie enjoys photography, hiking, traveling, and baking. Aubrie is currently working on her AA in ECE at North Seattle College.

Annie

Lead Teacher, Kookaburras/Curriculum Coordinator

Annie started at ELDC in September of 2005. She has a Bachelors Degree and before ELDC, she worked with autistic children at The Child School. Annie is passionate about creating and implementing the highest quality curriculum, and enthusiastically researches the most current ECE studies to share with the center.  

Cody

Lead Teacher, Kookaburras

Cody started ELDC in September 2020. Cody  has been working with preschool age kids for about 7 years. He loves the outdoors and enjoys incorporating it into his teaching. Cody's love of the outdoors translates to his free time, spending time hiking and rock climbing.

Jian

Assistant Teacher, Kookaburras

Jian joined ELDC in August 2020. Jian spent the past year teaching gardening and cooking lessons to elementary students. She grew up in St. Paul, MN and likes being outside in all sorts of weather. She loves making things, including food, arts and crafts.

Talia

Assistant Director/Lead Wombat Teacher

​Talia has worked at ELDC since March of 2015. She is a graduate of California State University Chico, with a BA in Liberal Studies and a graduate of North Seattle College with a BAS in Early Childhood Education. Before ELDC, she worked for a Montessori preschool. She is currently working on her masters from Portland State University.

Tyler

Assistant Teacher

Tyler started ELDC in August 2020. Tyler has a Bachelor’s in music education from the University of Mississippi. For the past three years, he has taught general music, band, and choir in Arizona. Tyler is new to the Seattle area having moved in July with his girlfriend Allie, and their pets.

Sara

Assistant Teacher

Sara started ELDC in October 2020. She has been an outdoor educator, and worked for the YMCA in multiple capacities. She loves the outdoors, sports, and cooking. She loves introducing new outdoor games to the kids.

Ebonee

Assistant Teacher

Ebonne started ELDC in September 2020. 

Ebonee started out as a cook for a center and slowly made her way into the classroom. She enjoys working with kids of all ages, but has a special fondness for toddlers. She is from Michigan and is a culinary school graduate.

Ms. Anita

Chef

Ms. Anita has been serving up tasty, and nutritious meals for the kiddos at ELDC Broadview since 2002. She loves seeing the smiles on their faces as they sit down at the tables for mealtimes. 

Allie

Assistant Teacher

Allie started ELDC in October 2020. She has five years of education experience and a degree in Sociology. She moved here from Arizona. She loves to hike, camp, paint, and take photos!
