Admissions

Admissions

Children between the ages of 12 months and 5 years are eligible to attend the center. ELDC has a non-discrimination policy. No child will be denied admission to the center because of their background. We feel that a good balance of race and culture is a healthy situation and will help your child to develop a tolerance and understanding of other cultures and beliefs.

Enrollment

The first step in enrolling a child is to schedule a tour of the center. Scheduling a visit gives families an opportunity to meet with the center director, tour the facility and discuss any questions they may have regarding the program. When the decision to enroll has been made, a family orientation meeting with the center's director is necessary to complete the required registration forms.

Families are strongly encouraged to visit their child's classroom often prior to the child's starting date. Discussing the classroom environment and daily routine at home can also help to ensure that the transition into care will be a smooth one.

Full and Part-Time Care

ELDC is a year round program. We accept full and part time schedules. We offer the flexibility for families to choose a schedule that works for them.  Full and part-time care is offered 1 to 5 days a week.  Part-time is a maximum of 5 hours a day, that either takes place in the morning or afternoon. 12:00 noon is the pick up time if your child is enrolled for the morning. If your child is enrolled for the afternoon, they can be dropped off between 12:00 and 12:30.  You may also mix full and part-time schedules together  Tuition rates vary at each Center - to view tuition rates for Broadview CLICK HERE.
